Gordana Dodig-Crnković is a Professor of Computer Science at Mälardalen University and a Professor in Interaction Design at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. She holds Ph.D. degrees in Physics and Computer Science. Her current research has two foci, the first being in physical mechanisms of computation and the connection between morphological computation, information, and cognition. The second focus is on the ethical and social aspects of computing. She is a member of the editorial board of the Springer SAPERE series, World Scientific Series in Information Studies, associate editor of journals Information and Philosophies, and a board member of a number of journals.
